Carol A. Rosati has become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Selection as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation is recognition of a lawyer whose career has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in the profession, service to society and commitment to the ideals and objectives of the American Bar Association.

Johnson Rosati is pleased to announce that its lawyers have once again been recognized both in the state and nationally for distinguished work in their fields. Patrick A. Aseltyne has been selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This is the third time he has received this honor. Five of the firm's attorneys have again been recognized by legal publisher Thomson Reuters for distinguished work in their fields. Carol A. Rosati was selected to 2010 Super Lawyers list in the areas of Municipal Law and Land Use/Zoning, and was also included in the top 50 Women Lawyers list in the State of Michigan. Patrick A. Aseltyne was selected to the 2010 Super Lawyers list in the area of Municipal Law. Michael E. Rosati was included in the 2010 Super Lawyers list in the field of Municipal Law and First Amendment Law. In addition, Carlito H. Young was selected to Rising Stars for his work in the area of Municipal Law.
Carol A. Rosati was honored by the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education in "This Week in Michigan Law" for her many contributions to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, including being a co-author of the new Michigan Zoning, Planning and Land Use book recently published by the ICLE. The book was published to provide a resource of current Michigan law in the area, and step-by-step guidance and practical tools for both lawyers and others working with the issues.
The Firm was recently named to the 2006 Pro Bono Circle of Excellence for its contributions of attorney time and financial aid for legal services to low-income individuals and families.
At the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys Summer Conference on Mackinac Island, Carol A. Rosati was named 2006 Distinguished Municipal Attorney. The award will be presented to her in September by the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys at the annual Michigan Municipal League conference.
