Carol Rosati Authors Article on Hendee v. Putnam Township for The Risk Journal

Carol A. Rosati authored an article for The Risk Journal, published by the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority in the November 2010 issue on the Michigan Supreme Court decision in Hendee v. Putnam Township, 486 Mich 556; 786 NW2d 521 (2010). Ms. Rosati had filed an Amicus Curiae Brief on behalf of the Township's position in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
