Bradley J. Mendelsohn is a Senior Attorney with the firm whose practice focuses on municipal liability, land use and zoning, and civil rights defense, with a particular focus on police civil rights actions. He is also well-versed in providing general counsel to municipalities in a wide variety of areas.

Prior to joining the firm, Bradley served as Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Dearborn from 2022 to 2026. In this role, Bradley was responsible for supervising litigation for the Department of Law, defending the City in police civil rights actions, drafting ordinances, and serving as legal counsel to several different boards and commissions, including the City Council, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Planning Commission. Bradley began his career with the City in 2014, where he served as District Court Prosecutor from 2014 to 2018, and Assistant Corporation Counsel from 2018-2022.
