Carlito H. Young is a shareholder practicing in the Litigation Defense and Labor Practice Groups of the firm. He specializes in representing government clients in First Amendment issues, police matters, employment cases, insurance coverage, and wrongful death cases.

Carlito has also conducted several pre-lawsuit investigations on behalf of the firm's municipal and insurance clients regarding employment, gross negligence and wrongful death issues. Additionally, he has substantial experience with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Specifically, Carllito not only represents several municipal clients regarding FOIA, but conducts several FOIA seminars each year across the state.
