Carlito H. Young
Carlito H. Young is a Shareholder practicing in the Municipal and Employment Practice Groups of the firm. He specializes in representing government clients in employment cases, constitutional issues, police matters, insurance coverage, and wrongful death cases. Carlito is also general or assistant general counsel for several local governments and entities serving governmental interests.
Carlito has also conducted several pre-lawsuit investigations on behalf of the firm's public and private clients regarding employment, gross negligence, and wrongful death issues. Additionally, he has substantial experience with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Specifically, Carlito not only regularly represents several municipal clients regarding FOIA issues but conducts several FOIA seminars each year across the state.
