Tiffany K. Thacher
Tiffany K. Thacher is a prosecuting attorney with the firm and brings over two decades of experience in criminal prosecution and legal research. Tiffany worked as a Deputy District Attorney III with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for nearly a decade, where she prosecuted a wide range of felony cases, including domestic violence, identity theft, gang-related crimes, robberies, drug and alcohol related offenses, and homicides. Her responsibilities encompassed investigations, motions, evidentiary hearings, bench and jury trials. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York, prosecuting misdemeanor offenses for approximately two and a half years.
Additionally, Tiffany worked as a Legal Research Law Clerk for the State of Connecticut Superior Court and for the County of Los Angeles Superior Court, where she specialized in criminal law research. Since returning to Michigan, Tiffany served as a Staff Attorney for the 48th District Court in Bloomfield Hills, where she drafted memoranda and proposed orders for criminal, civil, and landlord-tenant matters.
