Michael E. Rosati was a presenter at the Winter Conference of the State Bar of Michigan's Public Corporation Section on February 8, 2008. He chaired a panel discussion regarding "Risk Management for Police Departments" which included a psychologist expert, and a former police chief and risk manager.
