Carol Rosati Authors Article on Kyser v. Kasson for The Risk Journal

Carol A. Rosati authored an article for The Risk Journal, published by the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority in the June 2011 issue on the Michigan Supreme Court decision in Kyser v. Kasson Township, 486 Mich 514; 786 NW2d 543 (2010). Ms. Rosati had filed an Amicus Curiae Brief in support of the Township's position in the Michigan Supreme Court.

Johnson Rosati Attorneys Recognized for Distinguished Work in 2010

Johnson Rosati is pleased to announce that its lawyers have once again been recognized both in the state and nationally for distinguished work in their fields. Patrick A. Aseltyne has been selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This is the third time he has received this honor. Five of the firm's attorneys have again been recognized by legal publisher Thomson Reuters for distinguished work in their fields. Carol A. Rosati was selected to 2010 Super Lawyers list in the areas of Municipal Law and Land Use/Zoning, and was also included in the top 50 Women Lawyers list in the State of Michigan. Patrick A. Aseltyne was selected to the 2010 Super Lawyers list in the area of Municipal Law. Michael E. Rosati was included in the 2010 Super Lawyers list in the field of Municipal Law and First Amendment Law. In addition, Carlito H. Young was selected to Rising Stars for his work in the area of Municipal Law.

Flint Regional Police Academy: Law Enforcement Legal Topics
