Carol A. Rosati authored an article for The Risk Journal, published by the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority in the June 2011 issue on the Michigan Supreme Court decision in Kyser v. Kasson Township, 486 Mich 514; 786 NW2d 543 (2010). Ms. Rosati had filed an Amicus Curiae Brief in support of the Township's position in the Michigan Supreme Court.

Johnson Rosati Attorneys Recognized for Distinguished Work in 2010
Johnson Rosati is pleased to announce that its lawyers have once again been recognized both in the state and nationally for distinguished work in their fields. Patrick A. Aseltyne has been selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This is the third time he has received this honor.
